It's been a somewhat extended hiatus since I last posted here. I have been busy hard at work in the gym, on the sand, on the grind working odd jobs to make ends meet and hard at work soaking up my family and friend time while I can.
Winter is in full swing and so are resuming baseball activities for myself and many other ball players around the world as spring training approaches. Everyone I talk to is starting to "get the itch", as we say. I have been casually hitting and throwing for about a month now but as the new years comes, so does the full time baseball activity (ie throwing and hitting 4-5 times a week on top of the lifting and running that has been in progress all off season).
I recently did an interview with one of the better baseball bloggers that I have encountered thus far in my career, Jay Floyd of PhoulBallz.com
Here is the Interview for more insight on the recent activities of myself and as a sneak peak at a little bit of what most of us ball players do around this time of the off season.
Hope everyone is having the Happiest of Holidays. Have a very safe and enjoyable New Years Eve!
Upcoming: Interview post with another great baseball writer who is great at what she does, Jessica Quiroli, who writes for several baseball publications including her own Blog
